Leah is a third generation realtor, having grown up amongst real estate entrepreneurs and visionaries and witnessed firsthand how the passion that built the RE/MAX brand changed an entire industry. During her tenure as a full-time real estate salesperson, Leah's success brought her just shy of the Platinum Club award in only her second year in the business. Leah was invited to work in Franchise Development for RE/MAX Ontario-Atlantic Canada, helping brokers develop and grow their business by adding experienced salespeople and helping their sales representatives be more productive. She assisted in the development of Tom Ferry's Sales Power for agent training that is currently being delivered throughout the entire RE/MAX system internationally. In her own personal development, Leah became a certified Buffini mentor.
In 2012, Leah decided to return to the family brokerage business as co-owner, Broker of Record. With the insight of those early pioneers, her own experience in real estate sales and business development, Leah adds the youthful energy and perspective needed to take RE/MAX Professionals to a whole new level.
Linda joined RE/MAX Professionals in 1986, a time when RE/MAX was just getting its footing in the Canadian marketplace. Under the tutelage of Pamela Alexander, Linda showed an early aptitude for managing people and a deep understanding of the business end of running a brokerage. Linda's responsibilities include overseeing the financial side of the business, directing the activities of the administrators, mentoring them in the areas of human resources, agent productivity, systems and controls. Linda is responsible for researching technology and other innovations that can change the way we deliver services to our salespeople and their clientele. Always available to assist salespeople in their day-to-day business, Linda is fully conversant in REBBA 2002, Toronto MLS Rules and the ever-increasing regulatory requirements that impact our business. Over the years, the managers of our branch offices have reported to Linda, and she has performed all of the managers' duties at one time or another.
Bonnie's insight and passion for the real estate business comes from 25 years of experience with several different real estate brands., Bonnie has been with RE/MAX Professionals Inc. since 2000. Bonnie runs the day-to-day operations of the Kingsway branch, including support staff hiring, training, scheduling and supervision, new agent orientation, monitoring agent productivity, independent contractor agreements and renewals.
Her skills include social media, website management, and organizing company events. As part of the Leadership Team, she participates and influences decisions affecting the company, organizes training, CEU courses and provides support and direction to our salespeople with real estate related issues that includes all within her area of responsibility.
Melissa Alexander Joined RE/MAX Professionals in 2014, as an Administrator for their boutique office on Annette Street. She received a Human Resources Diploma from Sheridan College in 2011. She is a world traveler and spent a year teaching English in Korea after graduating College. She is currently working on getting her license in order for her to have a greater knowledge of the industry. She also hopes to help grow the business alongside with her sister Leah Ambler.
Happy came into the real estate business by becoming licensed in 2008. Her background includes Interior Design, and she holds a diploma in Business Administration with certification in Human Resources and Marketing. Happy has held the position of Branch Administrator for the East Mall branch since February 2010, managing the day-to-day operations of the office and support staff and organizing courses and company events. Recognizing her strength for marketing and design, Happy was put in charge of creative design for company Marketing and Custom Design and Branding for our Sales Representatives. Her successful strategies have helped many RE/MAX Professionals' Sales Representatives with their own marketing projects. With a youthful and ever-evolving outlook towards new marketing technologies and trends, Happy has an abundance of experience and knowledge to offer our Leadership Team and Brokerage.
